Party dress!

I just love this Joel Dewberry dress! 

I think it would make a fabulous party dress for a little girl who likes to twirl!

This little girl recently got fired from wardrobe selection....but she's still cute!

and I have no idea how she got her head into that baby hat!!!!! =)
